Ayse Evcin, the General Manager of Makro Evaluation Inc, indicated that the firm has grown more than 30 per cent since its foundation. Evcin recorded that thanks to the changes in 2010 staffing and to the departments established, their work load increased 300 per cent and that they aim at continuing this acceleration in 2011.
Evcin stated that the company was founded in 2007 with the purpose of valuating real estates and related rights; added “It is already a valuation institution present in the list of companies providing valuation services in CMB. The basic subjects of activity of our company are companies’ valuations with regards to the purpose of both private and corporate warranty, detecting current value for buying and selling procedures, industrial facility valuation, preparing feasibility reports, investment of real, legal, or public office and institutions; valuation in terms of urban transformation projects, project valuation, market research and analysis, analysis for the most efficient use, valuating the rights related to real estate, sharing, buying and selling property, value determination and opinion suggestions with regards to exchange of assets, private valuation studies, providing valuation with regards to the purpose of renting hotel, hospital, refinery, filling facility.
