Valuation Request
The job follow-up department provides the following services from acceptance of job until its final delivery to the customer:

  • Ensuring document flow
  • Making appointments
  • Ensuring correct direction of the job
  • Ensuring timely delivery of the job to the customer
  • Informing relevant divisions and the customer in case of problems arising from the proceeding of the job

Temporary Customers

  • Contact is made with the administrative division in the head quarters
  • Discussions are made on valuation purpose and scope
  • Contract is concluded upon mutual agreement with the customer
  • The request and relevant documentation are forwarded to the operation division

Permanent Customers

  • Contact is made with the administrative division in the head quarters
  • Discussions are made on valuation purpose and scope
  • Contract is concluded upon mutual agreement with the customer
  • The request and relevant documentation are forwarded to the operation division

Valuation Study

  • Real estate to be valuated is visited.
  • If necessary, research is made at the relevant land registry office, municipality, Monuments Board, Public Works Directorates, Cadastre Directorates and similar institutions.
  • Suitable valuation method is selected for the real estate to be valuated and value assessment is made according to International Valuation Standards and a valuation report is written.

Control Phase
The valuation reports prepared by the Valuation Expert are submitted to a team comprising of licensed valuation experts and are further reviewed and made subject to following controls:

  • Whether reporting is made in line with International Standards
  • Whether suitable methods are used in value assessment,
  • Whether calculation errors are made in value determination

Report Delivery? Customer
The reports prepared are delivered to the customer with the following methods:

  • By fax
  • By e-mail (in pdf format)
  • By cargo in hard copy
