She was born in Yalova in 1974. She completed her education in the Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry in Yıldız Technical University in 1996 and for 2 years, she worked for different companies in the fields of “land combination”, “zoning arrangements” and “preparation of infrastructure maps” and in 1998 she started her career in the real estate valuation in the firm Turyap Servis A.Ş.
Later the firm changed its trade name as Turyap Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. and until 2008, she worked as valuation expert/responsible valuation expert and she contributed to business development, customer solicitation and customer satisfaction within the company, controlled the expertise reports prepared by the company, performed real estate valuation for different firms (Tariş, Telekom, TMSF etc.), assumed the role of project manager in the studies to produce solutions, provided training on valuation expertise for the new personnel recruited by the company and performed editing and content management jobs for occupational publications of the company and of other firms.
She also gave courses and seminars on real estate valuation for the Association of Valuation Experts, Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, Istanbul Commerce University and Yıldız Technical University, acted as board member in the Association of Valuation Experts and as commission member in the “Commission for Real Estate Valuation” attached to the Chamber of Mapping Engineers. After 2008, she became the incorporating partner of Makro Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş.
