{"id":307,"date":"2019-11-08T16:36:27","date_gmt":"2019-11-08T13:36:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.makrogd.com\/is-akis-semasi\/"},"modified":"2019-11-25T15:04:20","modified_gmt":"2019-11-25T12:04:20","slug":"flow-chart","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.makrogd.com\/en\/flow-chart\/","title":{"rendered":"Flow Chart"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Valuation Request<\/strong><br \/>\nThe job follow-up department provides the following services from acceptance of job until its final delivery to the customer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring document flow<\/li>\n<li>Making appointments<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring correct direction of the job<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring timely delivery of the job to the customer<\/li>\n<li>Informing relevant divisions and the customer in case of problems arising from the proceeding of the job<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Temporary Customers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact is made with the administrative division in the head quarters<\/li>\n<li>Discussions are made on valuation purpose and scope<\/li>\n<li>Contract is concluded upon mutual agreement with the customer<\/li>\n<li>The request and relevant documentation are forwarded to the operation division<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Permanent Customers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact is made with the administrative division in the head quarters<\/li>\n<li>Discussions are made on valuation purpose and scope<\/li>\n<li>Contract is concluded upon mutual agreement with the customer<\/li>\n<li>The request and relevant documentation are forwarded to the operation division<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Valuation Study<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Real estate to be valuated is visited.<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, research is made at the relevant land registry office, municipality, Monuments Board, Public Works Directorates, Cadastre Directorates and similar institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Suitable valuation method is selected for the real estate to be valuated and value assessment is made according to International Valuation Standards and a valuation report is written.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Control Phase<\/strong><br \/>\nThe valuation reports prepared by the Valuation Expert are submitted to a team comprising of licensed valuation experts and are further reviewed and made subject to following controls:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Whether reporting is made in line with International Standards<\/li>\n<li>Whether suitable methods are used in value assessment,<\/li>\n<li>Whether calculation errors are made in value determination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Report Delivery?
